Celebrating 50 Years of Rose Tattoo

On their 50th and final year, Rose Tattoo take to the stage in Newcastle for the last time celebrating 50 years of Australia’s finest Rock N’ Roll, joined by The Tatts, Choirboys, Nick Barker & The Reptiles will make a rare appearance and new Gold Coast upstarts Disgraceland.


The Australian rock and roll band, now led by Angry Anderson, was formed in Sydney in 1976 and are renowned for their hard rock sound mixed with blues rock influences, with hit songs including "Bad Boy for Love", "Rock 'n' Roll Outlaw", "Nice Boys", "We Can't Be Beaten" and "Scarred for Life".


Taking over the Bar on the Hill stage in Callaghan on Saturday, 18 April, fans are invited to celebrate Rose Tattoo taking a final bow and Newcastle’s rich, historic, and active Australian rock scene that is still deeply rooted in the pub rock era.
